Eligibility
In order to make purchases through this Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Zeerla Spa, applications must have authorized Zeerla Spa and Massage to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the goods or services.
If you register on the Site, you will have an email address/username and password for your Zeerla Spa and Massage account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us is formed.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Vouchers or Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Vouchers or Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.

Force Majeure
Zeerla Spa will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Spa Terms
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Underwear is required for all treatments, and swimwear is required for body wraps and water therapies.
Zeerla Spa reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age for guests to attend Zeerla Spa unattended is 18 years of age. Zeerla Spa Therapists do not hold Working with Children checks that are required to tend to younger patrons.
Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended in the spa. Children and babies are under no circumstances able to be in the lounge with or without an accompanying adult.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Zeerla Spa does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Reservations and Cancellations
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. Please note we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel or reschedule all appointments. Where treatments are changed, rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the gift voucher or valid credit card used to secure the booking. Treatments that are changed, cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
